Loan Modification, Your Lenders BIG FRAUD

You call your lender and ask them for help with a loan modification.
They promise to help you if you will fax them some information.
You fax in all the information and wait for a few weeks.
Nothing happens.
You call. They say they did not get your information and tell you to re-fax it.
You re-fax it and wait for a few more weeks.
Agian, nothing happens.
You call and they say they need more information.
You fax in more information and wait for another few weeks.
Nothing happens.
You call and they say they never got the information they requested.
You refax the additional information and wait a few weeks.
Sometime in the last few weeks you probably have gotten a foreclosure notice.
You call about the foreclosure and they say ‘don’t worry about that. We are working on your loan modification and you’re fine'.
Time passes and you keep getting jerked around by first one person, then another person who as taken over your file.
The second person says your file is incomplete and they need your paperwork faxed in.
You fax in your paperwork for maybe the 4th or 5th time.
Your foreclosure date is coming up fast.
You call about the foreclosure and you are told not to worry because they are working on your loan modification.
You start to panic. The foreclosure sale is in three days and you still do not have a loan modification approved.
You call but no one answers this time.
3 days later your property is foreclosed
The sheriff comes to your door and tells you to move out in 72 hours!
